Can I use one OneTap license for both a testing/staging site and the live production site (e.g. site.com and test.site.com)?

OneTap licenses are uniquely linked to a single domain. This means one license can only be active on one domain at a time.

If you first set up the plugin on a staging or test environment and later launch the live site, you can simply deactivate the license and reactivate it on the new domain.

You can deactivate the license in two ways:

In the WordPress plugin:
Dashboard → OneTap PRO → Widget → Scroll down → Click deaktivovat

In your OneTap account:

1. Otevřená https://wponetap.com/account/

2. Přejít licencí

3. klikněte Zobrazit licenci

4. vybrat Spravovat weby

5. klikněte deaktivovat next to the domain you want to remove

After that, you can activate the license on your live domain without any issues.
